Harrogate-based digital agency firm Adigi have relocated their office from Pannal Business Park and moved into the town centre at 1 Victoria Avenue, directly opposite the Harrogate Magistrate Courts. They have taken 716 sq ft under a three year term.
Dan Martin, Digital Director at Adigi, said ‘After a number of years of continued expansion, and an ever growing team, we decided that now is the right time to make the move to 1 Victoria Avenue. The location is a perfect fit for our clients based in the North of the UK. It provides good transport links for those further afield, such as celebrity Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge, Wensleydale Creamery and London’s Percol coffee’.
The relocation of Adigi is a culmination of an exciting year for the firm, taking on well-known clients outside and within the region, and they hope the new offices will help their continued growth as digital brand experts.
Cameron Ritchie of Mawsons, who handled the letting, commented ‘It is great to attract and welcome Adigi to 1 Victoria Avenue and will no doubt prove to be a successful move for them. The self-contained accommodation forms part of a multi-occupied office building over four floors and is once again fully let’.
Existing occupiers include Harrogate Architectural, HQ Personnel and Platinum Advice.
The Landlord was represented by Lupton Fawcett Dennison Till in Leeds and was handled by Tom Wilson.
